煤矿用乳化液油水质量比的检测

摘要 提出了煤矿井下乳化液配置油水质量比的一种传感检测方法。该方法以Venturi流量计测量原理为基础,利用Bernoulli方程计算出所配制乳化液油水质量比。根据不同的进水压力,可通过乳化液的液面,来改变所配制的乳化液的油水质量比。方法简单直观。利用此原理设计的自动配液装置结构简单,配液准确度稳定,适合煤矿井下以及相关场合应用。 A new method of detecting quality ratio of oil to water for the emulsion in coal mine is given.The method is based upon the mechanism of Venturi meters,the quality ratio of oil to water can be calculated from Bernoulli equation .The emulsion can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of input water and the level of the oil.The method is simple and directly observable.The device structure is simple and the disposed emulsion accuracy is stable.It is suitable for using in underground coal mine and the others.
