摘要
催化裂化装置(FCCU)回收系统的用能状况在很大程度上影响FCCU的能耗水平。本文通过严格的(火用)分析,对FCCU回收系统的用能状况进行了定量的分析与评价。文中首先介绍了利用PRO/Ⅱ计算物流物理(火用)的方法。在此基础上,采用三环节模型,对某150万吨/年规模FCCU的回收系统进行了(火用)分析。结果表明:(火用)回收率仅为37.6%,节能潜力巨大;降低(火用)耗散是节能改进的主要潜力之所在。并找出了系统(火用)损失的最大薄弱环节——分馏塔。
In fluid catalytic cracking unit ( FCCU) , the energy using condition of recovery system has considerable influence on the energy consumption level of the whole unit. Targeted the energy using condition of recovery system, quantitative analysis and evaluation are performed in this paper. Firstly, a method of calculating physical exergy using PRO/II is described in this article. Secondly, exer-gy analysis is performed on the recovery system of a FCCU with process capacity of 1. 5 Mt/yr, using the three-links model. The results indicates that the exergy recovery rate is only 37.6% , which shows huge potentials of energy conservation, and the main potential of energy saving is to reduce the exergy dissipation. The weakness of exergy loss, the main fractionator, is also found in this paper.
