摘要
研究了由商业甲醇合成催化剂和改性分子筛脱水催化剂混合组成的双功能催化剂上含氮合成气一步法制取二甲醚的本征动力学。实验是在3-7Mpa、220-260℃条件下进行的。选择CO、CO_2加氢合成甲醇及甲醇脱水三个反应为独立反应,采用双曲型动力学模型,通过单纯形法与遗传算法相结合估计了动力学模型参数,经检验该模型可靠,模型计算值与实验数据吻合良好。
The kinetics of the dimethyl ether (DME) synthesis from syngas containing N2 over a bifunctional catalyst of methanol synthesis catalyst and methanol dehydration catalyst have been investigated under 3-7 MPa and 220 - 260C , the reactor was a tubular flow integral reactor. The reactions of methanol synthesis and methanol dehydration were chosen as three independent reactions. The L - H model of intrinsic kinetics and the parameters were obtained by using simplex method combined with genetic algorithm. The model is reliable and adequately describes the experimental results.
