Information Enhancing, Extracting and Pattern Recognizing Technology of Earthquake Damaged Buildings on Seismic Disaster Remote Sensing Image and its Application to Seismic Disaster Assessment

摘要 一、前言许多震例表明,恰当的应急反应可以有效地减轻地震造成的灾害,尤其是能减少人员的伤亡。地震发生后,需要运用各种先进的技术手段,在尽可能短的时间内快速调查震害、评估损失,粗略地提供灾区的范围和受灾程度,使政府有关部门对灾情有宏观上的了解,从量级上掌握地震现场的破坏情况及灾情可能发展的趋势,及时部署救灾工作,以便有效地降低灾害的影响。遥感具有覆盖范围广、图像获取方便等特点,遥感手段在震害的评估中可以发挥重要作用。随着高分辨率卫星遥感成为一种方便、快捷、便宜的信息源,可以期望,遥感手段能够在地震灾害快速评估中扮演重要角色。 Image feature enhancing and extracting methods of remote sensing image,including texture statistics and space structure study are analyzed in present paper.The classification and estimation methods are analyzed and the work procedure of pattern recognizing in remote sensing image of seismic disaster is proposed.Based on the above work,the aerial remote sensing image of the Tangshan earthquake is treated damage degrees of seismic disaster on the remote sensing image is given,and digital features of various typical seismic disaster images are calculate.
