摘要
遥感技术的发展为地震灾害快速调查、震害损失评估提供了一种新的手段和方法,并为地震救援提供了重要、可靠的数据依据。通过震害影像增强处理,能够快速地从宏观图像上获取地震的破坏信息。在实际应用中,用户往往只关注其感兴趣的区域,这就为震害增强方法提出了新的需求,即要求该方法能够实现只对感兴趣区内的图像进行处理。本文利用ERDAS C-Toolkit提供的函数包,特别是Evec包中提供的丰富的矢量文件处理函数,实现了对感兴趣区内震害影像的增强处理。
It is a new technique to investigate and assess seismic disaster using Remote Sensing that could provide important and reliable data for seismic succor.We can describe seismic information using enhanced image.Generally,users pay more attention to area of interest in practice.So it is very necessary to enhance not the whole image but area of interest.We make the best of programming package in ERDAS C-Toolkit to enhance the image of interested area,especially the Evec package which provides many functions that can be used to process vector file.
