摘要
快速获取地震预警信息在地震预警系统中十分重要。目前的地震预警技术多是基于区域地震台网,均需依托测震或强震动观测台网,其时效性受到观测台站与台网中心间数据传输速度的制约。本文设计了地震预警信息的在线获取系统,可通过前端专用MEMS传感器获取地震动数据,由本地CPU进行实时处理,实现地震预警信息的在线获取,并通过3G无线通信网络进行信息公布,可满足地震预警的时效性与准确性的要求。
The rapid acquisition of earthquake early warning information is very important in earthquake early warning system.The current earthquake warning technology is based on the regional seismic networks.Its timeliness is restricted by the data transmission speed between the observation stations and the network center.This paper designed an online earthquake early warning information acquiring system.The system obtains ground motion data through the front MEMS sensor,processes the data real-time by the local CPU,realizes online earthquake early warning information acquiring,and publishes the information through the 3G wireless communication network.The system can meet the requirement of timeliness and accuracy of earthquake early warning.
