摘要
地震是对人类生命和财产威胁最大的自然灾害之一,大地震往往引起大量建筑物倒塌,从而造成大量人员伤亡和财产损失。震后快速准确地评估建筑物损毁情况,有利于合理安排资源进行救援和灾后重建。合成孔径雷达(SAR)遥感凭借其全天时、全天候工作能力,在评估建筑物震害信息中发挥了重要作用。本文将从SAR传感器的发展历程入手,介绍SAR提取建筑物震害信息的方法,并针对各个方法的优缺点和存在的问题,指出可行的解决方案,这有利于根据实际情况选择合理的方法,从而快速准确地获取震害信息。最后展望了SAR图像提取震害建筑物信息的发展趋势。
Earthquakes are one of the most serious natural disasters threatening human life and property.Large earthquakes often cause a large number of buildings to collapse,resulting in a large number of casualties.The rapid and accurate assessment of building damage after the earthquake is conducive to the rational arrangement of resources for personnel rescue and post disaster reconstruction.Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)remote sensing plays an important role in evaluating earthquake damage of buildings with its all-day and all-weather capability.This paper will start with the development process of SAR extraction of seismic damage information of buildings,introduce the method of extracting earthquake damage information by SAR,sum up the advantages and disadvantages and existing problems of each method,and give a feasible solution to the problem,which is beneficial to select a reasonable method according to the actual situation,so as to quickly and accurately obtain the earthquake damageinformation.Finally,the development trend of SAR for building seismic damage information is prospected.
