果糖-1,6-二磷酸一镁的稳定性研究

Studies on the stability of mono-magnesium fructose-1,6-diphosphate

目的 :研究果糖 1,6 二磷酸一镁的稳定性 ,并确定产品有效期。方法 :通过影响因素 (高温、高湿、强光照射 ) ,加速试验 ,长期试验 ,采用高度专一性的酶法测定果糖 1,6 二磷酸一镁的含量变化 ,纸电泳法分析有关物质。结果 :果糖 1,6 二磷酸一镁 ,在高温、高湿环境下不稳定 ,而对光较稳定。结论 :果糖 1,6 二磷酸一镁 ,模拟上市包装 ,在温度 ( 2 5± 2 )℃ ,相对湿度 ( 60± 10 ) %的条件下保存 2 4个月 。

Objective:To study the stability of mono magnesium fructose 1,6 diphosphate. Methods:An enzymatic method was used to determine the contents of mono magnesium fructose 1,6 diphosphate and a paper electrophoresis method was used to analyze the related substances under the conditions of severe test,accelerated test and longterm storage test. Results:mono magnesium fructose 1,6 diphosphate was unstable under heat and humidity. while it was stable under light. Conclusion:mono magnesium fructose 1,6 diphosphate is in accordance with its quality standards afterpackaged and stored at 25 ℃±2 ℃,RH60%±10% for 24 months.
