对《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》中若干问题的分析

Discussion on the Design Norm of Automatic Sprinkling System

依据《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》编制的总体思路 ,对该“规范”强制性条文的制订进行了说明。并从应用理论的视角分析了“规范”中有关消防水箱、水泵、水泵接合器等的设置规定。还就加入WTO之后 ,我国规范与其他国家标准的衔接问题做了说明 ,强调应结合我国国情 ,编制和修订“规范”。

Mandatory stipulations in the Design Norm of Automatic Sprinkling System are explained on the basis of the general consideration in compiling this standard. Especially the guidelines on the firewater tank, fire pump and the junction of pump to pipeline are discussed on the views of practical theory. The author emphases that the national design norm could be adapted to coordinate with the international standards since the participation in WTO of this country.
