摘要
本文以大学生运动员为研究对象,分析了人格特征与运动员的竞赛焦虑相关关系。结果表明,(1)不同人格特征运动员之间在比赛期间存在显著的竞赛焦虑差异;(2)比赛期间身体焦虑比认知焦虑更能影响运动员的潜能发挥。
The study uses the method of measurement to analyze the pre-competitive anxiety of athletes with different personality;the somatic A-state of athletes has more effect on athletes′potentials to be brought into full play than the cognitive A-states during the competitions.
