College Students' Leisure Physical Culture and the Reforms in Physical Education in Institution of Higher Learning

本文通过对大学生余暇体育与普通高校体育教学两种活动过程进行比较分析 ,认为大学生余暇体育活动之所以深受大学生的喜爱 ,最根本的原因是它能满足大学生的多方面需求 ,符合大学生的主体意愿 ;它在一定程度上对高校体育教学改革提供了一些有益的启示。

Based on the comparision and analysis of co11ege students' leisure physical culture and physical education in general institutions of higher learning,this essay ho1ds that the basic reason why college students' physical culture is popularly loved is that it accords with college students'subject will and can satisfy their demands of various sorts and that college students'leisure physical culture has provided to a certain extent some useful revelations to the reforms in physical education in institutions of higher learning.
