摘要
目的 :研究大豆卵磷脂 (SPC)对胰岛素 (Ins)透口腔粘膜渗透扩散的作用。方法 :分别采用离体猪、兔口腔粘膜固定在Ussing Chambers扩散池中进行体外渗透实验和共聚焦激光扫描显微成像研究异硫氰酸荧光素标记胰岛素 (FITC insulin)透口腔粘膜上皮细胞的扩散分布。结果 :5 0mmol·L- 1 SPC对 1mg·ml- 1 Ins的透口腔粘膜渗透扩散有显著的促进作用。结论 :大豆卵磷脂 (SPC)
Objective:To study the enhancing effect of soybean phosphatidylcholine(SPC) on penetration of insulin through buccal mucosa. Methods:The penetration rate of insulin molecules through porcine buccal mucosa was investigated by measuring transbuccal fluxes in the Ussing Chambers and by analyzing the distribution of the fluorescent probe fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) labeled insulin in the rabbit buccal mucosa epithelium using confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results: There was the significant enhancing effect of 1 mg·ml -1 insulin transbuccal mucosa with co administration of 50 mmol·L -1 SPC. Conclusion: The SPC is a better enhancer for insulin across buccal mucosa penetration.
