牙科医生对感染控制的态度和行为分析

Dentist's Attitudes Toward Infection Control Practices in Wuhan City

目的 :了解武汉市牙科医生对感染控制的态度 ,评价其感染控制行为。方法 :采用机械抽样方法随机抽取武汉市牙科医生 5 0 0人 ,采用WHO提供的问卷调查表进行问卷调查。结果 :共有 35 7名牙科医生参与了本研究 ,回答率为 71%。 4 9%的牙医治疗时戴手套 ;2 4 .8%的人在治疗下一个病人时更换手套 ;治疗中使用的已灭菌的器械比例较低 ;约 80 %的牙科医生接种了乙肝疫苗 ;在过去一年中只有 33%的人接受过学习和培训 ,但 94 %的人认为需要更多的关于牙科感染控制方面的知识。结论 :牙科医生感染控制行为较差 ,提示应加强牙科医生的再教育 。

Objective: To evaluate dentists' attitudes toward infection control practices in Wuhan City, China. Methods: 500 dentists were selected by Systematic Sampling Method, and a highly structured questionnaires with 33 closed ended questions was delivered to the dentists. The questionnaires including the general information such as age, sex, dental specialty, etc, and the dentist's infection control attitudes and practices. All the infection control questions were of the “yes/no” format. Results: In total, 357 dentists participated in the study, and the response rate was 71%. About 49% dentists wore gloves when treating patients; only 24.8% changed gloves after each patients; the percentage respondents of dentists of sterilization was low; 80% of the dentists had been immunized against hepatitis B; nearly one third of the dentists had been trained during the last year; but 94% of them felt a need for training in state of the art infection control procedures. Conclusion: Dentists have found deficiencies in infection control practices and knowledge.
