摘要
目的 :将伪彩色处理技术应用于心血管造影 ,探讨对心血管造影技术提高的意义。方法 :设计一种非线性分层与自适应分割中的动态参数校正及彩色编码组合技术实时伪彩色处理系统 ,实现对心血管造影图像进行实时伪彩色处理。结果 :用本试验确立的伪彩处理方案对 4 1例心血管造影进行图像处理 ,根据临床诊断要求、图像质量与原始图像作比较 ,图像质量提高的有 2 7例 ,与原始图像的效果相同的有 8例 ,图像质量降低的有 6例。结论 :对了解心肌梗塞病人的乳头肌功能、观察室壁运动以及测量心室容积和计算左室射血分数均有帮助。另外 。
Objective: To evaluate real time pseudocolor image processing technique in cardioangiography. Methods: Designed the pseudocolor processing systems including no linear hierarchical segmentation,dynamic adjust parameter of self adapt segmentation and pseudocolor processing. The processed images were displayed in color monitor with pseudocolor. Results: 41 cases cardioangiogrphy are processed with self design pseudocolor image system. Results: 41 cases cardioangiogrphy are processed with self design pseudocolor image system. Compared to the prime images,image quality of 27 cases improved,of 8 did not change,of 6 was lower. Conclusion: The technique of pseudocolor display helps to diagnose the place of musculi papillares in the case of myocardial infarction. It also helps to measure the function of left ventricular and to observe the movement of the left ventricular wall and diagnose tetralogy of fallot disease.
