聚烯烃通过接技改性可扩大其应用领域。本文介绍了聚烯烃单组分和多组分熔融接枝反应及相关机理。讨论了复合引发剂、接枝单体、聚合物颗粒尺寸及反应设备等因素对熔融接枝反应的影响。
Modification of polyolefin by melt grafting is a good way to expand the application of the polyolefin. In this paper, monomer melt-grafting reaction, co-monomer melt-grafting reaction and the mechanism are introduced. The influences of different factors on the melt-grafting reaction are discussed, which include the co-initiators, the monomers for grafting, the size of polymeric particulates and the reaction machines. Meanwhile, some kinds of grafted polyolefin for automobile industry and waste plastics recycle are also described.
