摘要
以 2 -氨基 - 4 ,6 -二羟基嘧啶为起始原料 ,选用高效催化剂A ,经二氟甲基化后得到 2 -氨基 - 4 ,6 -双 (二氟甲氧基 )嘧啶 (DMAP) ;DMAP在溶剂B中与邻甲氧甲酰苯磺酰异氰酸酯加成合成氟嘧磺隆 ,合成总收率 2 1% ,产品含量达 97%。田间试验结果表明 :10 %氟嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂 7.5、15和 30 ga .i./hm2 对玉米田阔叶杂草的防效分别为 77%、89%和 95 % ,对禾本科杂草的防效分别为 4 0 %、5 4 %和 6 3% ;对玉米安全 ;
Primisulfuron-methyl was prepared in total yield of 21% and product purity of 97% by difluoromethylation of 2-amino-4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine under high efficiency catalyst A to obtain 2-amino-4,6-bis(difluoromethoxy)pyrimidine(DMAP),then by addition reaction of DMAP with 2-methoxycarbonylphenylsulfonylisocyanate in solvent B.Plot trial in corn field showed that(1) the control efficacies of 10% primisulfuron-methyl wettable powder to broad leaved weeds at the dosage of 7.5,15 and 30 g a.i/hm 2 were 77%?89% and 95%,respectively;to gramineous weeds were 40%?54% and 63%,respectively;(2) primisulfuron-methyl was safe to corn;(3) ear weights and outputs of corn in all treatments were evidently higher than that of CK.
