On the client/server system based on TCP/IP network protocol, the programs of server and clients can be respectively realized by means of Winsock, which makes it possible that the operator of a server remotely controls the clients. A method of implementing the system of used resource is put forward. Using this method, the operator of the server can remotely switch on or off the user computers, modify some allocations of the operating system of an user computer, lock a computer, load and unload files on user computers. This method provides a effective management means for computer management centers.
