摘要
在外加电场作用下,电流变液(ERF)的流变性能会发生快速、明显、可逆和低能耗的转变。由于这些优异的性能,它越来越受到研究人员和工程人员的重视,并且已经将电流变液成功应用于传递力矩的装置、阻尼装置和高精度控制装置中。分析了电学参数、温度、溶液质量比、颗粒的物理特征以及溶剂等对ERF电流变效应的影响,并介绍了目前它在工程的一些应用。
The rheological behavior of electrorheology fluid (ERF) will changed rapidly,distinctly,reversely and lowerenergy consumed in the electric field.It has been studied by more and more scholars and engineers because of its excellent properties.The ERF has been successfully applied in momenttransfer device,damp device and highprecise control device.The effect of the electricity parameter,temperature,mass ratio,physical characters of particles and the solvent to the electrorheological effect of ERF were analyzed,some present applications in engineering are introduced as well.
