摘要
从物理补偿、玻纤复合、纳米改性等方面探讨了降低PP R管线性膨胀因数的方法,通过有机纳米蒙脱土、滑石粉等层状硅酸盐复合体系对PP R改性,同时使管材适当取向,最终使PP R管材的线性膨胀降低了71.9%,解决了PP R使用中的线性膨胀问题,并有效改善了PP R的低温冲击性能。
The methods of reducing the linear expansion coefficient of PPR pipes were studied from physics compensate, glass fibre complex and nanomodification.The linear expansion coefficient of PPR pipes was reduced by 71.9%through silicate modification such as organomontmorillonite clay,talc etc.and silicate layer orientation dring processing.The problem of linear expansion coeffient of PPR pipes was solved and the cryogenic impact strength was improved efficiently.
