摘要 从物理补偿、玻纤复合、纳米改性等方面探讨了降低PP R管线性膨胀因数的方法,通过有机纳米蒙脱土、滑石粉等层状硅酸盐复合体系对PP R改性,同时使管材适当取向,最终使PP R管材的线性膨胀降低了71.9%,解决了PP R使用中的线性膨胀问题,并有效改善了PP R的低温冲击性能。 The methods of reducing the linear expansion coefficient of PPR pipes were studied from physics compensate, glass fibre complex and nanomodification.The linear expansion coefficient of PPR pipes was reduced by 71.9%through silicate modification such as organomontmorillonite clay,talc etc.and silicate layer orientation dring processing.The problem of linear expansion coeffient of PPR pipes was solved and the cryogenic impact strength was improved efficiently.
