Improvement on the Rotational Part of the Die for Spiral Drain Pipe

介绍并比较了目前PVC U螺旋降噪排水管生产中常用的T型内螺旋机头、普通直管机头配螺旋牵引及同向侧动力内螺旋机头的3种机头结构以及各自的特点、优势,着重介绍了与挤出机同方向的内旋转机头,并对该机头在生产实际中容易出现的问题作了一些相应的改进,以使其结构更趋于合理,减少故障,提高生产效率,延长使用寿命。

The introduction and comparison are made on the structures,characteristics and advantages of 3 types of dies currently used for producing PVCU spiral drain pipe.The internal spiral die with the same rotating direction of the extruder is dominantly introduced.Some improvements are made on the die for the problems easily happened in the practical productions to rationalize the die structure,reduce troubles,raise the output of production and prolong its service life.
