Decoupling Relationship and Driving Factors Between Economic Growth and the Resource Environment for Henan Province

基于2000年～2015年数据,利用Tapio弹性脱钩模型和生态足迹、碳排放模型实证研究了河南省经济增长与资源环境的脱钩程度,在此基础上利用STIRPAT模型分析河南省经济增长与资源环境脱钩关系的影响因素.研究表明:河南省2000年～2015年资源消耗量和环境污染物排放量呈下降趋势,经济增长与资源环境二者的关系呈现出由弱脱钩向强脱钩转变的态势.资源环境压力受制于经济规模扩张、人口数量增长,而科学技术的发展使得资源利用率提高,资源消耗与污染物排放呈下降趋势,其中经济规模的扩张是制约经济与资源环境脱钩发展的主要原因.

Based on the data from 2000 to 2015,the Tapio elastic decoupling model,ecological footprint and carbon emission model are used to empirically study the degree of decoupling between economic growth and resource environment in Henan Province. Based on these,the STIRPAT model is used to analyze the economic growth and resource environment of Henan Province. The influencing factors of the decoupling relationship. The research shows that the resource consumption and environmental pollutant discharge in Henan Province showed a downward trend from 2000 to 2015,and the relationship between economic growth and resource environment showed a trend of transition from weak decoupling to strong decoupling. The pressure on resources and environment is subject to economic scale expansion and population growth. The development of science and technology has led to an increase in resource utilization,and resource consumption and pollutant emissions have shown a downward trend. The expansion of economic scale is the main reason for restricting the decoupling of economy and resource environment.
