摘要
注塑件变形始于塑料的收缩,型腔中压力梯度、温度梯度以及剪切应力的客观存在导致了注塑件各部位收缩的不均一。本文分析了注塑成型过程中简单收缩、冷却、分子取向等因素对注塑件变形的影响。通过对实际零件的分析,阐述了模具设计中通过优化型腔设计、冷却系统设计、浇口设计来减小零件变形的具体方法。
Plastics shrinkage causes the deformation of injection molded parts.The pressure gradient,temperature gradient and shear stress in the cavity make nonuniform shrinkage.This paper discusses the three factors that affect the deformation of injection molded parts:simple nonuniform shrinkage,part cooling and molecular orientation.Through deformation analysis of the real parts,the methods to minimize it by optimizing the mold cavity design,mold cooling system design and gating system design are further illuminated.
