国内外居家养老护理员专业化建设比较研究

A comparative Study on the Professional Construction of Home-Based Nursing Staff at Home and Abroad

如何建设一支具备高技能、专业化、大规模的复合型居家养老护理员队伍,是提升我国居家养老服务质量的关键。我国居家养老护理专业人才的培养与发达国家相比还有较大提升空间。通过分析和比较国内外的居家养老护理员专业化建设的经验,提出改善我国居家养老护理员专业化建设的建议,提高我国居家养老护理水平和居家养老服务质量。

How to build a high-skilled, professional and large-scale team of home care nurses is the key to improve the quality of home care service in China. Compared with developed countries, the cultivation of home-based nursing professionals in China still has much room for improvement. By analyzing and comparing the experience of home-based nursing staff at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the professional construction of home-based nursing staff in China, and to improve the level of home-based nursing care and the quality of home-based nursing service in China.
