社会服务类高等职业院校相对普通本科院校而言,建设一支高素质、高水平、结构合理、优化的人才队伍是一项重大而更为紧迫的任务。本文从社会服务类高等职业院校人才队伍结构现状出发,分析社会服务类高等职业院校人才队伍结构存在的问题,探讨社会服务类高等职业院校人才队伍结构优化的对策。

Compared with the undergraduate universities,it is an important and urgent task to build a high-quality,high-level and well structured talents team in higher vocational colleges.This article,from the current situation of personnel structure of higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems in the structure of talents team and probes the method to optimize team structure in higher vocational colleges.
