人口老龄化程度逐渐加深、老年人口数量日益增加,这对建立健全养老服务供给体系提出了更高的要求。在当前的区域养老服务供给侧结构改革中,地方高职院校要主动对接区域养老事业的发展需求,精准办学、精准育人,增强人才培养的适应性。

The aging is a social problem.The aggravating trend of aging population brings impact to the social old-age system’s sustainable development.In the current reform of supply side structure of old-age services,vocational colleges should actively dock with the needs of regional old-age service and enhance the ability of talent cultivation.
