摘要
社会工作机构作为社会工作者的工作场域,会对社工的职业评价与行为选择带去影响,选取与社工息息相关的三项内部管理制度:薪酬福利制度、晋升制度及培训督导制度,探究它们与社工工作满意度之间的关系,结果显示,薪酬福利制度与晋升制度显著影响了社工的工作满意度,而培训督导制度并未产生显著影响;由此提出相对的政策建议,分别从政府与机构层面,提高社工的薪酬福利待遇,建立完善的职业等级体系,注重提升社工培训与督导的效果等。
Social work institutions are social workers’working field,social workers’job satisfaction have influence on profession evaluation and behavior.Choose three internal management system,which is closely linked with the social workers,salary welfare system,promotion system and training supervision system,to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and internal management system.The results showed that salary welfare system and promotion system significantly influenced the social worker’s job satisfaction,and training supervision system does not have a significant impact.Therefore,relative policy suggestions are put forward to improve the salary and welfare treatment of social workers,establish a sound vocational grading system,and pay attention to the improvement of the effect of social worker training and supervision.
