摘要
文章通过采用马勒诗和他的同事编制的职业倦怠问卷通用版(MBI-GS)对某儿童福利机构88名儿童工作者进行调查。结果发现:超过三分之一的工作人员存在轻度的职业倦怠。其中,21~30岁的工作人员在人格解体方面与其他年龄段的工作人员有较为明显的差异。儿童福利机构应该引起重视,通过在外部呼吁加大投入,内部做好弹性管理等方式设法降低儿童福利工作者的倦怠感,促进儿童福利事业的良性发展。
A survey of 88 child welfare workers at a child welfare institute was conducted by using Maslach Burnout InventoryGeneral Survey(MBI-GS)compiled by Maslach and his colleagues.The results showed that more than one third of the staff had mild job burnout.Among them,there was a significant difference between the staff aged 21-30 years and those of other age groups in terms of depersonalization.Child welfare institutions should pay attention to it,and try to reduce the sense of burnout of child welfare workers and promote the development of child welfare undertakings through external appeals for more investment and internal flexible management.
