悬挂偏置游梁抽油机应力及扭矩测试研究

摘要 悬挂偏置游梁抽油机是一种节能新型抽油机。利用电阻应变测量技术对该型抽油机游梁、连杆等主要承载构件在不同载荷及工况下进行静、动态应力测试,将实测值与计算值进行对比研究,确定了游梁及连杆应力分布状态,为进一步优化设计提供了依据。同时,对该型抽油机减速箱输出轴扭矩与常规抽油机在同一工况下进行了对比测试,其扭矩比常规机降低73%,其优越的性能得到验证。 Design and development of a pedant and offset type beam pumping unit is power saving .we make use of a type of resistance measuring technology to make static and dynamie stress test for leading components such as beam,in conditions of perch at each load and each status.optimized design based on practicing value and calculating value.Compared to the separate poster braced pumping unit, the model unit in the experiment at the same load status has decreased the top positivenegative torque to a standard of seventythree percent.Practice has indicated that this type of pumping unit has are advantage of power saving.
