摘要
为增加油缸的寿命,希望液压抽油机的行程越短越好,故令游梁前后半径之比为4∶1,因此,后驴头半径通常很小,导致悬绳断裂。为解决此问题,提出一种新的所谓奇异型后驴头的概念。在保证后力臂不变的前提下,可以将驴头曲率半径增大1倍以上,既保证了油缸行程不变,又能保证悬绳的寿命。通过推导计算与实例证明,该驴头的行程、传动效率、线性度和寿命都满足设计要求。该方法对一般双驴头机也有实用价值。
In order to increase the lifetime of oil cylinder,the stroke of the hydraulic pumping unit is hoped to be as short as possible The ratio of headarmofforce and backarmofforce of the walking beam is 4∶1. That is why the backarmofforce is always so small, that the hanging wire is easy to break. To solve this issue, a new conception on a so called singular backmulehead is presented. Under the condition that the backarmofforce is constant, the radiusofcurvature of the mule head may be increased two times larger than that of traditional one. By the derivation, calculation and illustration it is testified that the that of stroke, transmission efficiency, linearity and life time meet the design requirements. The presented method has also practical value to the traditional doublemulehead.
