对锅炉辅机轴承箱漏油的原因和治理方法进行分析和总结 ,着重介绍密封装置结构设计改进的方法。认为组合式迷宫、异形挡油环 +引油环以及静联合密封装置的设计、安装简便 ,不需调整 ,密封效果好 ,基本不需维护 ,值得推广。

Cause analysis of oil leakage from bearing boxes of boiler auxiliaries and remedial method thereof have been analysed and summarized, emphasizing the method for improving the structural design of packing units. It is considered that the design and installation of built-up labyrinth packing, oil-retaining ring plus oil-introducing ring, as well as stationary combined packing unit to be simple and convenient, needing no adjustment, having good sealing effectiveness, basically not requiring maintenance, being worth to be popularized.
