摘要
从轴承质量、检修调整工艺、水平度、轴承座等方面分析了可能引起云浮发电厂引风机轴承烧坏的原因。分析认为 ,轴承烧坏主要是承力端轴承座瓦口处间隙过小 ,使轴承不能自由移动 ,转子热膨胀受阻而产生的热应力所致。对承力轴承座瓦口进行修刮处理后 ,问题得以解决。
Directing against the problem concerning induced draft fan's burn-out failure in Yunfu Power Plant, possible causes leading to heating of bearings have been analysed from several aspects, such as the quality of bearings, the technology of repair and adjustment, the levelness of bearing pedestal etc.. It is considered after analysis that the main cause resulting in burn-out failure of bearings is the pad clearance of bearing pedestal to be too small at the force-bearing end, making the bearing can't be freely moving, restricting thermal expansion of the rotor, and producing thermal stress. After the pad of bearing pedestal at the said end being repaired through scraping, the abovmentioned problem having been solved.
