摘要
介绍了循环流化床 (CFB)锅炉燃烧优化调整的主要参数 ,并对某电厂 75t/hCFB锅炉进行了燃烧优化调整。实践表明 ,在国内多数CFB锅炉目前的运行水平下 ,通过优化调整 ,可在较大范围内显著改善锅炉运行性能 ,解决或缓解锅炉热效率低、运行周期短、运行稳定性差、厂用电高、磨损严重等问题 。
Main parameters of optimum combustion control for circulating fluidized bed (FCB) boilers have been presented, and optimum combution control of 75 t/h CFB boilers in a power plant being carried out. Practice shows that, under present operation level of many domestic CFB boilers, through optimum combustion control, the stability of boiler operation can obviously be improved in a comparatively large range, solving or relaxing troublesome problems, such as low boiler thermal efficiency, short operating period, bad operating stability, high specific electric energy consuption of auxiliary equipments, and serious boiler abrasion etc., having remarkable economic benefits.
