摘要
针对黄石发电股份有限公司 2 0 0MW机组的中轴承箱滑销系统膨胀不畅问题 ,检查和分析了滑销卡涩、台板变形产生的原因及其对瓦温超标的影响。采用石墨自润滑滑块 。
Directing against the unsmoothly expanding problem of the sliding pin system in central bearing box of a 200MW unit at Huangshi Power Generation CO Ltd, Hubei Province, the causes leading to unsmooth clogging of the sliding pin and deformation of the table-plate, as well as their influence upon overtemperature of the bearing shoes have been examined and analysed, and the reliability of sliding pin system being enhanced by using self-lubricating graphite slippers.
