摘要 简要介绍了变频调速的基本原理和电站锅炉送风机采用变频调速的优点。在新乡火电厂 4号锅炉的 2台G4 7311№ 2 9.5型风机上进行了采用变频调节和入口档板调节的对此试验。结果表明 ,采用变频调节后风机运行效率从约 5 5 %提高到 75 %~ 80 % ,节能效果显著 ,并且调节灵活 。 The basic principles of variable frequency speed control and the advantages of using variable speed control for forced draft fans of utility boilers have been briefly described. A comparison through tests by using the variable frequency speed control and the inlet damper control respectively has been made on two G4-73-11 NO 29.5 type forced draft fans of boiler NO.4 in Xinxiang Thermal Power Plant. The test results show that the operating efficiency of said fans after using variable frequency speed control has been enhanced from about 55% to 75%~80%, having remarkable effectiveness of energy-saving and agility in control operation, being helpful in adaptability to the boiler load and in protection of the equipments.
