多功用数字采集系统

A Multi-purpose Data-acquisition System

介绍了一种多功用而价格低廉、主要仪器靠自制的数字采集系统 ,以及几种可以由此数字采集系统构成的自动测量系统。本数字采集系统包括自制的PS 0 0型程控恒流 /恒压两用电源、PM 0 0型双组程控多路开关、PC机IEEE 4 88接口卡 ,以及KEITHLEY公司的 2 0 0 0型DMM。

This paper is introduced a low-cost, multi-purpose data-acquisition system whose main instruments are made by ourselves,and some fully-automatically measuring systems based on this data-acquisition system are briefly discussed.This data-acquisition system contains a Model PS-00 Programmable Dual-purpose Source of Constant-current/Constant-voltage, a Model PM-00 Programmable Double-group Multiplier, a IEEE-488 Interface of Personal Computer which are made by ourselves,and a Model 2000 DMM of KEITHLEY InstrumentsLtd and a personal computer with printer.
