棉型牵切苎麻精梳纱的纺制

Spinning of combed yarns with stretch-broken ramie fibers in cotton spinning system

摘要 对苎麻长麻纺工艺中的初精梳条进行两道牵切,结合并条工序采用重加压,从而降低超长纤维比例,得到与棉纤维长度接近的苎麻条,然后将其在棉纺设备上进行纯苎麻纺纱加工,对牵切、并条、粗纱和细纱各工序工艺进行了探讨。对比分析了棉型牵切苎麻精梳纱与常规苎麻精梳纱的成纱质量与纺纱效率。结果表明,棉型牵切苎麻精梳纱质量优于常规苎麻精梳纱,且纺纱效率也大大提高。 The silvers of ramie re-combed were stretch-broken by twice and then drawing with heaver pressure into slivers with the similar average length to cotton fibers and low proportion of over-length fibers,and then the stretch-broken silvers were drawing,roving and spinning on the cotton system,the processes of stretch-breaking,drawing,roving and spinning were discussed. The quality and spinning efficiency of ramie combed yarns of stretch-broken into cotton length and of conventional spinning were compared and analyzed. The result showed that the quality of stretch-broken ramie combed yarns was better than that of conventional spinning ramie combed yarns,and the spinning efficiency of stretch-broken ramie combed yarns was highly improved.
