摘要
水晶棉纤维是天然纤维素纤维,具有光泽好,中空度高,吸湿透湿好等特点,可用来开发针织内衣、床上用品等产品。但是水晶棉纤维存在除杂难,单独成纱难等问题。根据水晶棉纤维的特性,对水晶棉纤维进行预处理,以提高其可纺性,并通过对9.72 tex 35/65水晶棉/棉纱线的生产实践,探讨了9.72 tex水晶棉和棉混纺纱线开清、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱各纺纱工序中应注意的问题。
Akund fiber is a new kind of natural cellulose fiber,has the features of better gloss,higher hollow,stronger moisture absorption,environmental protection and so on. The Akund fiber can be used to develop knitted underwear,bedding products. However,Akund fiber is very difficult to be yarn separately. Based on the basic properties of akund fiber,the pretreatment process has been studied in order to improve the spinning ability. The technological processes including opening,carding,drawing,roving and spinning were explored in the spinning of 9. 72 tex akund / cotton( 35 /65) blended yarn and some problems should be paid more attention.
