摘要
采用涤纶春亚纺面料为基布,经拨水整理后以水性聚氨酯作为泡沫涂层材料,在自组装的泡沫涂层设备上通过优选泡沫涂层配方、发泡比、烘干温度、涂层定量等工艺参数,开发出超柔软防水透湿面料。经测试得出:超柔软防水透湿面料的各项指标均处于较高的水平,特别是织物的经向弯曲长度达到2.05 cm,纬向弯曲长度达到1.5 cm,可满足夹克、风衣等面料对柔软、防水透湿的要求。
The polyester pongee fabric was used as base cloth and was dial water finished,and waterborne polyurethane was used as bubble coating material and foam coating formulations,foaming,drying process parameters such as temperature,coating the quantitative in assembled self-foam coating device were selected to develop super soft waterproof breathable fabric. According to the standard testing,we obtained that the indicators of super soft waterproof breathable fabric were in high level,especially that the bent length reached 2. 05 cm,the latitude of the fabric reached 1. 5cm,so it can meet the requirements of soft,waterproof breathable fabrics such as jacket,and trench coats for clothing.
