摘要
在中国纺织业面临国际新定位和创造新优势的大背景下,从全球价值链视角切入,运用产业经济学、企业成长路径等相关理论,对如何实现我国纺织业的转型升级、寻找新的成长路径进行了深入的研究。研究表明:以市场需求为导向,从企业结构、经营管理、产品创新等方面,推进产业内涵升级、产业链延伸和价值链提升是纺织企业转型发展的主题;以优化布局为基础,根据不同情形,依次走均势战略联盟共享资源、并购重组优化资源等路径,辅助非遗嫁接提升产品品位,有助于推进纺织企业转型发展。研究结果对中国纺织企业摆脱发展困境,提升行业美誉度,实现低碳可持续成长有重要的现实意义和决策参考价值。
While Chinese textile industry is facing international new positioning and creating new advantages,from perspective of global value chain,the industrial economics,business growth path and other related theories on how to achieve the transformation and upgrading of China's textile industry were used to do the in-depth research on new growth path. The studies show that: market demand-oriented,in terms of corporate structure,management,product innovation,to promote industrial upgrading connotation,extend the industrial chain and the value chain,is the subject of the restructuring and development for textile industry; to optimize the layout of the foundation,depending on the case,the balance of strategic alliances in order to share resources go,mergers and acquisitions,such as the path to optimize resources,improve product grafting auxiliary non-genetic quality,help promote the development of the textile industry in transition. The results for the development of Chinese textile industry to get rid of the plight,to enhance industry reputation and to achieve low-carbon sustainable growth have the important practical significance and decision-making reference value.
