摘要
为研究消光剂对氨纶丝反复拉伸性能的影响,利用电子单丝强力仪对细度为44.4 dtex的3种氨纶丝进行不同定伸长率、不同拉伸次数条件下的重复拉伸试验,并对测试指标进行分析。分析表明:当重复拉伸定伸长一定时,随着循环次数增加,普通与消光氨纶丝的弹性回复率都随之减小,普通氨纶丝弹性回复率衰减幅度大于消光氨纶丝;当重复拉伸循环次数一定时,消光氨纶丝弹性回复率减幅小于普通氨纶丝。实验结果说明,消光剂的加入可以提高氨纶丝的弹性回复性,但是,消光剂含量过高也会对氨纶丝拉伸弹性回复性能产生消极影响。
To study the impact of matting agent on the repeated tensile properties of spandex,by use of electronic strength tester,different fixed elongation,different number of tensile repeated stretching tests for three different spandex of 44. 4dtex monofilament fineness was,finished and the test indicators were analyzed. The analysis showed: when repeated tensile elongation given constant,with increasing number of cycles,and the extinction of ordinary spandex elastic recovery rate decreases were ordinary spandex elastic recovery rate of decay amplitude greater than extinction spandex; stretch when repeated cycles when certain extinction spandex elastic recovery rate reduction was less than ordinary spandex. Description matting agent can be added to increase the flexibility of spandex recovery,but also high levels of matting agent for spandex stretch elastic recovery performance strands have a negative impact.
