花式捻线机生产圈圈纱的工艺分析探讨 被引量:4

Process exploration and analysis of loops yarn prepared by fancy twister

摘要 在HN32-04型花式捻线机上以涤纶长丝为芯纱、粘胶粗纱为饰纱、丙纶为固结纱纺制圈圈纱,研究了芯纱与饰纱之间的超喂、饰纱及固纱之间的包缠捻度、饰纱与芯纱细度比对圈圈纱的影响。结果表明,在捻度不变的情况下,超喂直接影响圈圈直径,在试验范围内,随着超喂值的增大,圈圈直径增大。在超喂不变的情况下,随着捻度的增大,圈圈会变得小、密、匀、牢。芯纱、饰纱细度比差异越大,越易形成圈,且圈圈大而软,但圈圈出现的频率略有降低。 Loops yarns were prepared on HN32-04 fancy twister,which polyester filaments were taken as core yarn,viscose roving as decorate yarn,and polypropylene as consolidate yarn. The relationship was studied that between the loops yarn and the overfeed of core yarn and decorate yarn,that between the loops yarn and the twist of decorate yarn and consolidate yarn,and that between the loops yarn and fineness different of decorate yarn and core yarn. The result reveals that overfeed effects loop diameter when the twist amount is fixed; within the scope of the test,along with the increase of overfeed,loop diameter increased. Under the condition of overfeed amount being fixed,with the increase of twist amount,the loops are becoming more small,compacted,even,fastness. Fineness different of decorate yarn and core yarn is greater,the loops forming is easier,and the loops are big and soft and the frequency of loops become slightly lower.
