摘要
以平纹组织为基础,设计出一种具有"影纹"效果的双层夜光织物。在此基础上采用稀土夜光纤维作为表经、表纬,稀土夜光纤维或涤纶纤维作为里经、里纬,设计并织造出两种具有夜光效果的双层机织物试样。通过对试样进行性能测试,结果表明:前者的耐摩擦性能、拉伸性能及抗折皱性相对于后者稍差,但发光亮度却明显高于后者。
On the basis of the most widely applied plain weave,the double-layer luminous fabric with shadow effect was successfully prepared. Based on this,two double-layer luminous fabrics were successfully designed and woven by using the rare earth as face warp and face weft,the rare earth luminescent fiber or polyester fiber as back warp and back weft. The results showed that the frictional resistance and drawing mechanical properties of sample 1 are poorer than those of sample 2,while the luminescent property of sample 1 is better than that of sample 2.
