摘要
介绍一种长丝倍捻机使用的新型三联体旋转式张力装置,通过正交试验设计优化工艺组合,以提升设备综合效率与制品质量。本装置可降低生产成本,解决传统张力装置存在的各种问题。
A new kind of triplet tension device used in double twister was introduced. The optimum technological parameters which can improve comprehensive efficiency and quality of products were ascertained by orthogonal experiment. This device can reduce costs to compete effectively and solve many problems existed in conventional tension device.
