Calculation and limit of specific comprehensive energy consumption of ring-spun cotton gray yarn

统计棉纺厂各种能耗数据,计算18.22 tex环锭纺棉本色纱线单位产品综合能耗的数值,并对计算结果进行分析,得出不同耗电量与吨纱折标煤的关系图,确定环锭纺不同细度棉纱的综合能耗的限额,对比不同细度纱线与吨纱折标煤的关系,为纺织企业的节能减排和标准制定提供参考。

Various consumption data of cotton mill was counted to calculate the specific energy consumption of 18. 22 tex ring-spun cotton gray yarn,and the results were analyzed. The relational diagram between different power consumption and amounts to standard coal of yarn per ton was drawn,the limit of comprehensive energy consumption of ring-cotton yarn with different counts was determined; the relationship between amounts to standard coal of yarn per ton and ring-cotton yarn with different counts was contrasted. The conclusions can provide a reference for energy saving and emission reduction in textile enterprises and standard setting.
