摘要
防皱整理剂MY-01主要由苯乙烯、丙烯酸及丙烯酸丁酯聚合而成,其应用于真丝织物上具有较好的防皱效果。对MY-01的防皱性能进行了综合测试分析,得出了较佳的MY-01应用参数如下:MY-01最佳用量为12 g/L,在60℃下处理30 min,烘干后,在150℃下焙烘3 min。整理后的真丝织物干、湿折皱回复角有明显提升。整理时添加3 g/L次磷酸钠可以有效提高织物抗皱性能。应用MY-01防皱整理剂对真丝织物白度影响较小。
Finishing agent MY-01 for silk fabric was synthesized by styrene,acrylic acid and butyl acrylate polymerization,applied to silk fabric has good anti wrinkle effect. The crease resistant process is annalized and optimum parameters are obtained as following: the optimal usage of the agent MY-01 is 12 g / L,the finishing temperature and time is 60℃ and 30 min respectively. After drying,the fabric are needed to be baked at 150℃ in 3min. The silk fabric finished by MY-01 had fairly good crease recovery angle to wet and dry fabric,Add3 g / L sodium hypophosphite,which can effectively improve the fabric wrinkle resistance,MY-01 is less affected by whiteness.
