摘要
以中空载银纤维和棉纤维为原料,通过水刺法制备棉/银抗菌非织造布。对不同配比的棉/银抗菌非织造布的表面形态、柔软性、吸水性、透气性及抗菌性能进行测试与研究。结果表明:随着载银纤维含量的增加,棉/银非织造布的柔软性和透气性降低,吸水性和抗菌性增强。当载银纤维含量为5%时,抑菌率可达到65%。
A novel spun-laced nonwoven fabric was prepared by using cotton fiber with hollow fiber containing silver particles( HF-Ag). The properties of softness,absorbent,air permeability and antibacterial were analyzed. The results showed that the cotton/HF-Ag spun-laced nonwoven had a good biomedical performance,and with the increase of the content of HF-Ag fiber,its antibacterial and absorbent property increased while softness and air permeability decreased. When the concentration of HF-Ag was 5%,the inhibitory ratio reached up to 65%.
