玻璃纤维针刺非织造布的开发与工艺研究

Development and process research of glass fiber needle-punch nonwovens

摘要 以直径9μm的玻璃纤维为原料,运用正交试验法在针刺机上制得玻璃纤维针刺非织造布,并研究了针刺频率、喂入速度以及铺网层数3个因素对玻璃纤维针刺非织造布断裂强力和透气率的影响。实验结果表明:当针刺频率为235r/min,喂入速度为1.32 m/min,铺网层数为8层时,玻璃纤维针刺非织造布的综合性能达到最优。在该工艺下制得的玻璃纤维针刺非织造布的断裂强力为2.42 N,透气率为2 875.8 mm/s。 The glass fiber of 9μm diameter as the raw material,the glass fiber needle-punch nonwovens were prepared by orthogonal experiment on acupuncture machine. The effect of three influencing factors such as acupuncture frequency,feeding speed and lapping layers on barbed felting breaking strength and permeability of glass fiber needle-punch nonwovens was studied. The experimental results showed that the overall performance of fiberglass needle-punch nonwovens was optimal when the frequency of needle was 235 r / min,the feed rate was1. 32 m / min,and the lapping layers were 8 layers. The breaking strength of glass fiber needle-punch nonwovens was 2. 42 N,the air permeability was 2875. 8mm / s of this fiberglass needle-punch nonwovens in the process.
