聚乳酸医用缝合线力学性能测试及优化 被引量:2

Testing and optimization of mechanical properties of PLA medical suture

摘要 为了研究单丝型聚乳酸医用缝合线的最佳制备工艺条件,采用正交试验法,设计了3个因素:捻系数、热定型温度、热定型时间,每个因素设定5个水平。按照试验方案对聚乳酸长丝进行加捻与热定型后,测试其断裂强力和断裂伸长。结果表明:当捻系数为205,热定型温度为90℃,热定型时间为30 min时,所制备的聚乳酸医用缝合线力学性能最佳。 To research the optimum preparation conditions of the single poly lactic acid( PLA) medical suture,the orthogonal test method was used,and three factors were designed: twist factor,heat setting temperature,heat setting time,and each set of five level factors.The PLA filaments were twisted and heat set according to the test plan. Later,the breaking strength and breaking elongationin of PLA were tested. The result shows that it is the optimal scheme and the breaking strength and diameter conformed to the medical standard when the twist coefficient is 205,heat setting temperature is 90℃,heat setting time is 30 min.
