摘要
设计织制了消防员灭火防护服舒适层织物,并对织物性能进行了测试分析。采用不同种类腈氯纶/棉混纺纱制织平纹织物,测试了织物阻燃性、热稳定性、缩水率和断裂强力。研究结果显示:随着纬密增加,织物续燃时间和损毁长度缩短,热稳定性提高,断裂强力略有增加。当织物中腈氯纶含量较高时,续燃时间和损毁长度减小,热稳定性变差,缩水率变小,断裂强力提高。通过实验结果指出:若将腈氯纶混纺织物用于消防员灭火防护服舒适层,需通过有效措施保证织物的阻燃性和热稳定性。
Lining fabric for firemen's fighting protective clothing was designed and fabric properties were analyzed. Plain weave fabric interlaced with modacrylic / cotton blend yarn was selected as samples. Fabric flame retardant property,heat stability,shrinkage and tensile strength were tested. The research result shows that under the same weaving condition,fabric with a higher picking density has better flame retardant property,heat stability and higher breaking strength. With modacrylic content increasing,after-flame period,damaged length and shrinkage are decreasing,dimension stability is worse and fabric breaking strength is increasing. It pointed out that if modacrylic blend fabrics were used as lining fabric for firemen's fighting protective clothing,flame retardant property and heat stability should be improved.
