制备工艺对黄麻纤维针刺非织造布增强PHBV复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:4

The impact of preparation process on the mechanical properties of Jute fiber nonwovens-reinforced PHBV matrix composites

摘要 将黄麻原麻通过碱处理后,制备成黄麻纤维针刺非织造布,再采用热压工艺制备成黄麻纤维针刺非织造布增强PHBV复合材料。选取黄麻纤维质量分数、热压温度、热压压强、热压时间4个工艺参数,探讨其对黄麻纤维针刺非织造布增强PHBV复合材料的性能影响。经测试分析得出最佳工艺参数为:黄麻纤维质量分数为40%、热压温度为170℃、热压时间为5 min、热压压强为11 MPa。在此工艺下制备的黄麻纤维针刺非织造布增强PHBV复合材料的拉伸断裂强度达到79.483 MPa。 Jute fiber nonwovens were prepared with treated jute fiber by alkali solution. PHBV matrix composites reinforced with jute fiber nonwovens were prepared by hot press method. The jute fiber mass fraction,pressing temperature,pressing time and pressing pressure were selected as variables process parameters. The impact of mechanical properties of PHBV matrix composites reinforced with jute fiber nonwovens based on the four process parameters was analyzed. The results showed that the optimum process parameters were as the following:the jute fiber mass fraction was 40%,pressing temperature was 170℃,pressing time was 5min and pressing pressure was 11 MPa. The tensile breaking strength reached 79. 483 MPa of composites prepared on optimum process parameters.
